Privileged Access Management Senior Engineer
Job Description
Privileged Access Management Senior Engineer to support implementation, enterprise rollout and operational support of CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), CyberArk Privilege Threat Analytics (PTA) and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Develop scripts and workflows using Ansible / similar orchestration framework
• Configure, develop, and maintain automation scripts/tools to maintain EPM policies.
• Gather requirements, create implementation plans, and implement new policies or versions for EPM to rollout to new devices/users.
• Perform unit testing, engage stakeholders for integration and performance testing , upgrades, and patching of EPM agents.
• Enable PTA policies and rules, integrating the product with enterprise Splunk, AD and other threat sensors
• Develop End-User Request, monitoring, reporting and alerting workflows for EPM and PTA via ServiceNow.
• Resolve incidents related to, and fulfil service requests for access, configurations and artifacts.
• Create and maintain documentation and conduct training sessions for use cases, best practices, document standard operating procedures for EPM and PTA.
• Support deployment, configuration, and management of EPM solutions to end-point devices in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
Skills Required:
• At Least 5+ years of active Hands-on experience with PAM and EPM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
• Requirements gathering, Design, Engineering and Operations.
• Proven Experience within a DevOps/Agile framework and sound Understanding of Windows, MAC systems, and OS fundamentals, Linux is a bonus.
• Extensive Scripting (Python, BASH, PowerShell), coding, or other development experience / Automation tools to manage endpoint and privilege policies, and deployment tools like SCCM, ansible
• Experience working in an enterprise environment with Incident Management, Change Management
• Experience with setting up logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools like Sysmon, SIEMs, etc.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
