Responsibilities:
* Understand customer’s business model, the scope of work for M3 implementation and support project manager with preparation of blueprint for the project.
* Must be very familiar with impact of timezone in global implementation of a CloudSuite.
* Review the Fit/Gap analysis provided by functional consultants, modify where necessary and provide final approval of correct classification.
* Do Fit/Gap analysis of cross functional business requirements.
* Focus on process improvement and minimize need for customizations.
* Understand the RICE objects in-depth and assist functional designers in providing specifications that are consistent across workstream and are capable of expansion and handling large volume of data.
* Provide guidance to the client on personalization and user security. Assist client in implementing the required features and assist developers in design of custom scripts.
* Provide the combined functional and technical specifications for customizations of any cross-functional business requirements.
* Be the primary subject matter expert for M3 job scheduling.
* For all cross-functional work:
– Provide additional M3 configurations and /or refine the existing application configurations.
– Work with the project manager, developers, and functional consultants for finding the best possible solutions to complete the business requirements classified as gaps.
– Build prototype solutions for user validation.
– Perform unit test prior to the solution delivery.
– Assist users in testing activities and provide resolutions to issues and defects.
– Provide user education and knowledge transfer supported by Company or self-created documentation.
– Execute project activities in accordance with the project plan.
* Provide timely status reporting to the project manager and to the client partner.

Requirements:
* Must be familiar with Client’s M3 multi-tenant environment. Should be experienced with impact of time zone in a cloud-based ERP.
* Must have sound knowledge of M3 general navigation, use and build of home pages.
* Must have over ten years of experience with M3 and at least most of the edge applications such as Factory Track, GLT, IDM, SCP/IBP, CLM, IDP etc.
* Must be very familiar with M3 master data.
* Must have worked on standard M3 modules of customer order processing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and finance. Must have strong hands-on experience of at least two standard M3 modules.
* Experience in Food and Beverage industry is a plus.
* Must be familiar with M3 database tables and M3 AdHoc reports.
* Should be able to build custom tables and work with events and triggers.
* Must have working knowledge of SQL queries.
* Must be very familiar with M3 APIs. Ability to build custom APIs is a plus.
* Must be very familiar with configuration of workflows.
* Excellent organization/time management skills.
* Ability to support/work in a multi-user/multi-client environment.
* Knowledge of tools, techniques, and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and processing.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work remotely and commute to client offices when required; willing to travel up to 50% of consulting time.
