L2 Production Support

Job Description

We are looking for a L2 Prod Support: Unix, Java, Python. Here is the Job description:

* This team member provides day-to-day application support at L2-Level to business-critical applications.
* This role requires comprehensive communication skills and technology skills in handling issues with Unix/Linux hosts, databases (Oracle/Mongo), and Java/Python-based applications.
* Along with basic scripting skills in Unix/Python areas. The role requires working flexible hours, with the need for weekend work to assist with application deployments and weekend checks for wellness.
* The role is not application development, but awareness of programming/coding skills is preferred.
* As a tech analyst of this team associate needs to coordinate BAU issues and PROD deployments with application development and technology teams.
* Tech analyst needs to work with business users on handling communications for operation support.
