The business analyst:
• Plays a leading role in the quality of the team’s solutions for external and internal customers;
• Specifies business processes;
• Writes functional specifications;
• Collaborates with developers;
• Establishes testing strategies and validates the quality of solutions;
• Prepares the deployment plan, including the training program;
• Acts as an advisor to internal users;
• Participates in project planning and follow-ups.
What Does Your Day Look Like?
• Performs analyses, sometimes complex ones;
• Represents the team to customers and ensures a high standard of service;
• Communicates clearly with developers to achieve objectives;
• Conducts training on new solutions (video capsules, presentations, etc.);
• Acquires new knowledge in process, functionality, and technical areas.
