The Role:

The Client is looking for a contract video producer to join our growing in-house creative services team! This candidate will be responsible for facilitating the creation of video content on behalf of the Client.

This individual will collaborate closely with executive communications, corporate brand, customer experience, and product marketing to create compelling videos for external and internal communications. They will work with another video producer and an editor to form a mobile video production team that can capture live interviews and conversations.

The video editor may also be tasked with editing and creating cuts of videos, as well as simple motion graphics. Like the rest of the creative services team, this individual will be responsible for upholding global brand standards while creating visually engaging and effective content.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan, scope, and project manage video projects

  • Work with creative directors and video producer to develop script, storyboard, set deadlines, produce and select optimal equipment for video shoots

  • Develop pitches and concepts for upcoming projects

  • Assist video editor with filming, editing, and executing on video requests

  • Ensure video shoots operate at a high level of efficiency and that the team and talent’s time is well managed

  • Ensure that production stays on budget and is produced in a timely manner



  • 3-5 years of professional experience shooting, producing, and editing digital video

  • Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating both process and output

  • Experience guiding clients through the planning process and through the experience on set

  • Excellent storytelling and storyboarding skills

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Understanding and experience in upholding brand and style guidelines


  • Collaborative and positive attitude

  • Exceptional planning skills and attention to detail

  • Deadline-driven with excellent time management and ability to prioritize and resource multiple projects

  • Ability to manage complex shooting schedules and quickly adapt to change

  • High level of professionalism and experience working with senior executives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain composure and productivity in a fast-paced environment

  • Lifelong learner who stays current on video best practices


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production, Film, Broadcasting, or relevant field preferred.


Desired Skills:

  • Background in high-tech industry preferred
