The Employee Investing and Activities Compliance (EIAC) Development team support our Compliance division with tools and applications to assist them with their task of monitoring employee compliance with the Firm’s policies and procedures.
Our applications are used by most employees in the Firm. The Verification (Code of Conduct) and Annual Certification of Employees (ACE) applications are used by 60,000+ employees every year. We also own applications where employees declare their Outside Business Interests (OBI) and preclear their trading activity (TPC).
Some of the applications we develop like the Daily Employee Trade Review (DETR) are used by some of the most senior people in the Firm (so called Compliance Designated Managers). In the coming years we will be focusing on the renovation of our technology stack.
We are focused on building applications that are stable and easy to use and we often make use of a user interface designer to help with the usability of our applications. All applications need to be accessible on either mobile or desktop.
