As a member of our team, the person would be required to participate in all aspects of the implementation process, including design, development, QA, data conversion/migration, installation, integration, and documentation. He / She will interact with other internal and external technical resources, as well as functional Business Analysts and Project Managers.
Partner with internal Business teams to develop roadmaps and define business processes while creating associated system requirements.
Organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery, on-time and on-budget.
Lead/participate in system implementation including but not limited to requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
Maintain a high-level of familiarity with other in house systems / business application capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
10+ years of work experience in IT.
2 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Previous experience in Agile and knowledge of KYC, On-boarding and account opening processes.
General knowledge of Web applications and Internet architecture.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively.
Ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify root causes, and anticipate implications.
Team player with customer focus.
Clear and effective communications skills.
Familiarity with web-service and ETL integration between vendor and in-house applications (REST, SOAP, Informatica etc.).
Familiarity with banking products and operations (preferably Wealth Management).
Experience in maintaining architecture blueprints in consultation with architects.
Experience working with the design, integration and/or support of vendor packages.
Familiarity with Java, Oracle Database
