ServiceNow consultant should be experienced in designing and Implementing various solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Provide best practice solutioning for customization and configuration of different ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Desk, CMDB, Service Level, Portal, Knowledge Management.

Job Functions:

Provide subject matter expertise, act as technical product advocate, design, develop and implement ITIL processes, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Knowledge, and CSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement highly scalable and fault tolerant systems using IBM Sterling suite of products and its related technologies.

  • Lead project to extend the capabilities of IBM Sterling and related system components to meet the customers evolving business needs.

  • Develop/set-up file transfer connections in Sterling and involve in business meetings and perform impact analysis for new requirements.

  • Troubleshoot any issues (transmission, encryption, decryption etc.) and resume the jobs work closely with architecture team to ensure system is implemented as designed and in adherence to the standards.

  • Should have good analytical skills in troubleshooting, testing & solution development.

  • Good Written and oral communication skills.



  • 4+ years of experience of implementing core ITSM modules in ServiceNow is a MUST!

  • 8+ years of total IT experience.

  • Good experience of functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools and ITIL Processes/Functions.

  • Experience in project delivery and working directly with customers and client.

  • Should have hands on experience managing a domain separated instance

  • Knowledge of CMDB.

  • Knowledge of JavaScript to create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions, create various workflows.

  • Expertise on import/export of configuration/asset data.

  • Knowledge of Web Services (XML, HTML, Web Services, REST etc.)

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow workflow configuration.

  • Should have experience in integrations including AD, MID Server and third-party tools using web services, SOAP, REST, etc.


  • ITIL certified

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certified

  • Service Portal

  • Hands-on CSM
