This Business Analyst/QA will primarily work on the implementation of ServiceNow Onboarding for Rest of the World.

  • Work very closely with HR and internal IT operations team to understand business requirements and then partner closely with IT development team for creation of Functional Design.

  • Coordinate and track requirements from inception to development, to testing, users sign off and final delivery.

  • Work with Development team to build/test the Onboarding solution on ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.

  • Manage relationships with business teams for functional and technical support.

  • Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback.

  • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshop.

  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives.

  • Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts.

  • Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.

  • Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary.

  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.



  • 5 to 9 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow preferably in HR.

  • Ability to create and manage test plans and coordinate testing with end users.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).

  • Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes as regards to HR, Internal IT.

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.

  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills.

  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment.

  • Must have experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

  • Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a self-managed environment.

  • Ability to develop documentation for training and user procedures.


  • Agile project experience a plus.
