Business Analyst - QA

This Business Analyst/QA will primarily work on the implementation of ServiceNow Onboarding for Rest of the World.
Work very closely with HR and internal IT operations team to understand business requirements and then partner closely with IT development team for creation of Functional Design.
Coordinate and track requirements from inception to development, to testing, users sign off and final delivery.
Work with Development team to build/test the Onboarding solution on ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
Manage relationships with business teams for functional and technical support.
Create and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback.
Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases.
Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshop.
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives.
Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts.
Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
Preparation of user documentation and training documentation as necessary.
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
5 to 9 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst.
3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow preferably in HR.
Ability to create and manage test plans and coordinate testing with end users.
Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives).
Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes as regards to HR, Internal IT.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.
Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills.
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Must have experience preparing end-user documentation and conducting end-user training.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a self-managed environment.
Ability to develop documentation for training and user procedures.
Agile project experience a plus.
