POSITION DETAILS

Contract

We are looking for someone like you who can:

  • Consolidate and manage the program book of work

  • Take full responsibility for all PMM activities, including resource allocation, budgeting, and reporting

  • Manage the overall status reporting activities related to the program

  • Serve as PM for specific streams within the program

  • Lead agile requirement-gathering activities, like workshops and one on one interviews

  • Manage the gathering of user access and entitlement data, organize and map it to future state data models in preparation for entitlement system migration

  • Engage business application owners and understand their system requirements and system impact

  • Manage the creation of Role-Based Access Control models facilitating the integration of UNIX systems into Active Directory

  • Manage the business IT system migration to the new UNIX AD ecosystem through the application migration and new entitlement onboarding

  • Manage user acceptance testing, quality control and general project management

Your Team:

  • You'll be working in Security Engineering organization in Weehawken managing the UNIX Directory program team. You will be part of a team with a global presence and operating in an agile development environment Within the team we are tasked to deliver the next generation UNIX security ecosystem utilizing Active Directory. Together with the project team you will be responsible to deliver data-based analysis and implement the right data model to facilitate the design and the migration of the new UNIX ecosystem.


REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 years’ experience in program and project management roles

  • Ability to work independently and self-efficient with experience in communication and stakeholder management

  • Ability to take ownership of complex issues and be responsible for their resolution

  • A proven track record in the design and implementation of large scale IT projects

  • Ability to work in a complex environment with a large number of dependencies

  • The ability to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team and to present well to senior Stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in some of these areas:

  • Financial industry

  • Security IT

  • UNIX LDAP directory and Active Directory

  • Infrastructure access and authentication in a UNIX and Windows environment

  • Azure or AWS system security and access control model

  • UNIX authentication protocol like Kerberos

  • Role-based Access Control model (RBAC) in the application and infrastructure access settings
