This Sr Project Manager position will be responsible for helping implement our clients Minimum Viable Digital Business model in which the client is re-defining their product offerings, streamlining their Go-To-Market processes, and enhancing their application ecosystem to support ease of doing business with their customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plans, coordinates, and monitors all aspects of internal information system-specific projects, which translate business objectives and requirements into workable plans, requirements documents, technical and functional design documents and models.

  • Gathers required data from Stakeholders, IT Team, and Business SMEs to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications.

  • Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.

  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.

  • Keeps leadership (up to C-level) informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results

  • Coordinates and monitors technical projects or programs from initiation through delivery.

  • Implements consistent process and tools for program management using Agile Scrum/Kanban.

  • Ensures successful delivery of large impact and/or cross-functional product initiatives.

  • Provides input on team and project performance.


  • 10+ Years of experience managing complex cross-organizational projects.

  • Experience providing effective written and verbal communication with all levels of leadership (including C-Level) required.


  • Professional Services and/or Managed Services project experience.

  • Experience with Sales process and applications.
