Seeking an exceptional Project Management professional to support the Finance Tech GL PMO team by providing facilitation, documentation, planning and reporting expertise related to the General Ledger Business Adoption program. This is a major multi-year program following the renovation of the Firms’ General Ledger Application with a 3rd party industry standard product by SAP, and there are approximately 100 IT and Finance resources working in the global program team. This role will be responsible for coordinating with technology managers, business unit analysts, adopter teams, and other project managers.

Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge and experience of Project Management techniques / methodologies.
Ability to interact and empathize with development teams, demonstrating the ability to act as a value add partner for those teams.
Must be comfortable working with senior level managers across a global organization.
Ability to manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines.
Experience of working in fast moving and demanding environment.
Strong Microsoft Project skills including demonstrable experience of constructing and critiquing project plans.
Strong commitment to high quality standards.
Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives
Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups), PowerPoint.
Experience with investment banking and application development projects.
Experience with managing Agile projects would be a definite advantage.
PMP Certification is a nice to have.
