  • Evaluate processes associated with access management controls to define business and control requirements and identify areas for improvement

  • Design and document new processes

  • Perform process and control gap analysis and develop plans to close gaps

  • Define and document requirements for data analytics and reporting platform

  • Perform complex data analytics on access patterns, usage and rights

  • Conduct meetings and workshops with key stakeholder from business and risk officer communities to understand business needs

  • Work with internal clients to review data analysis and determine next steps to remediate access-related risks

  • Manage small projects



  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels and between technology and the business

  • Process design

  • Strong project management

  • Ability to derive insights from large data sets

  • Strong presentation skills, including materials development and face-to-face delivery

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Understanding of IT risk and controls domain

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Self-directed


  • Understanding of access management controls a plus
