  • Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Develop, implement, and achieve corporate strategies and goals for expanding sales.

  • Use of CRM and other sources to establish leads/prospects and to monitor/manage pipeline.

  • Ensures prospect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.

  • Prospects, qualifies and generates appointments for sales and business development team.

  • Responds to requests from customers / prospects for information and gives online presentations.

  • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.

  • Ensure that quarterly business development targets are achieved or exceeded.

  • Participates in other projects and performs other related duties as required.


  • 0-2+ years of B2B Sales / Knowledge of services sales, business development required within the IT or Technical Staffing Industry.

  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Ability to make 100 calls per day and follow-ups.

  • Familiarity and skills in technology tools.
