Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
Develop, implement, and achieve corporate strategies and goals for expanding sales.
Use of CRM and other sources to establish leads/prospects and to monitor/manage pipeline.
Ensures prospect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
Prospects, qualifies and generates appointments for sales and business development team.
Responds to requests from customers / prospects for information and gives online presentations.
Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
Ensure that quarterly business development targets are achieved or exceeded.
Participates in other projects and performs other related duties as required.
0-2+ years of B2B Sales / Knowledge of services sales, business development required within the IT or Technical Staffing Industry.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Ability to make 100 calls per day and follow-ups.
Familiarity and skills in technology tools.
